23 years old Janhvi Kapoor takes a loan of Rs 23 Crore loan to buy a triplex i.e entire 3 floors with 6 parking spaces in Vile Parle West. However, The actual cost of the house is Rs 39 Crore. Whereas she also paid Rs 78 Lakhs as a stamp duty charge.
The deal closed On 7th December 2020 and finally, she owned the house. The area of the house is around 3456 sq ft. However, she still lives with her dad Boney Kapoor and sister Khushi Kapoor. At the age of 23 where most of us are studying or have new jobs and no one can think of investing this huge amount, but Janhvi Kapoor at the age of 23 did this and proved age is just a number. No one of her age can think of Rs 39 crore, as to earn this much amount it will take 20 generations.
