This Morning on 14th August 2022. Rakesh suffered cardiac arrest. So, he was rushed to the Breach Candy Hospital at 6:45 am IST. Moreover, he was declared dead by the hospital authorities. From past few weeks, he was admitted to the same hospital. As Jhunjhunwala was suffering from kidney related issue. Furthermore, due to acute multiple organ failure on 14th August 2022, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala passed away at the age of 62.

Rakesh Jhunjhunwala’s last rites will be performed. Once his brother reaches India from Dubai. His mortal remains will be taken shortly to the Banganga crematorium in Malabar Hill.
