It offers faster buying/selling procedure and is easy to find products.

There is no need of physical company set-ups.

Low operational costs and better quality of services.

Customers can easily select products from different providers without moving around physically.

E-COMMERCE: A CURSE

Anyone, good or bad, can easily start a business. And there are many bad sites which eat up customers’ money.

There is no guarantee of product quality.

As there is a minimum chance of direct customer to company interactions, customer loyalty is always on a check.

There are many hackers who look for opportunities, and thus an e-commerce site, service, payment gateways, all are always prone to attack.

We can conclude that the new path in the world of technology, E-commerce is a boon as well as a curse under certain circumstances and categories.

It has several disadvantages which might overcome in near future.
