Mass production of Russia COVID vaccine: Sputnik News, which spoke with Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko, reported that the first Russian coronavirus vaccine would be released in two weeks. The Prime Minister of Russia has ruled that vaccinating people against coronaviruses is a matter of public interest, including health care.
Russia on Tuesday became the first country to provide a vaccine for the coronavirus. The vaccine was named “Sputnik V” in honor of the world’s first satellite launched by the Soviet Union in the Space War Era. Russia’s decision to vaccinate against the COVID vaccine before the final trial has raised concerns among many experts & WHO.
President Vladimir Putin and other officials say it is completely safe. The president said one of his daughters took it as a volunteer and later felt better. “I know it works well, it builds weakened immune systems, and I repeat, it passed all the necessary tests,” Putin told a government meeting.
Sputnik News, which spoke with Russian officials, reported that Sistema, which is still in business, has begun producing large quantities of the vaccine at the AFK Sistema Binoform medical plant.
Russian officials say the COVID vaccine, developed by the Moscow Institute of Galilee Institute, will be given voluntarily later this month or early September. Mass Russia’s massive distribution is set to begin in October. The vaccine is given in two doses and contains two serotypes of human adenovirus, each of which contains a new S-antigen of the new coronavirus, which attacks human cells and produces an immune response.
Russia has already received billions of foreign applications for drugs. Clinical trials of the Russian vaccine are expected to begin soon in the UAE and the Philippines.
Russia is developing a special health tracking application that will allow Russian citizens to verify their health status. The app also addresses the side effects of medicine for those who have been vaccinated.
Later White House Tweeted: “President @realDonaldTrump just announced that we’ve reached an agreement with Moderna to manufacture and deliver 100 million doses of their COVID-19 vaccine candidate! There are now 3 vaccine candidates in Phase 3—the final stage of trials!”
