Description of these programming language
C
i. C – C is a procedural programming language. The main features
of C language include low-level access to memory, simple set of
keywords, and clean style.
These features make C language
suitable for system programming like operating system or compiler
development. C programming language is used in a multitude of
applications, including advanced scientific systems and operating
systems. Hence, C is the most popular language worldwide.
C#
ii. C# – C# is a general-purpose, modern and object-oriented
programming language pronounced as “C sharp”. C# removes
some of the complexities and pitfalls of languages such as Java
and C++, including the removal of templates, multiple inheritance
and virtual base classes.
In C# you are limited only by your
imagination. C# can be used for projects as diverse as creating
word processors, graphics, spreadsheets, and even compilers for
other languages. As a programming language, C# takes the best
of the programming languages that already exist and rolls them
into a new language.
JAVA
iii. Java – Java is a high-level programming and a platform-independent language. It is intended to let application developers “write once, run anywhere” (WORA).
Java is fast, reliable and secure. From desktop to web applications, scientific supercomputers to gaming consoles, cell phones to the Internet, Java is used in every nook and corner.
JAVASCRIPT
iv. JavaScript – JavaScript is not a programming language in the strictest sense. It is a prototype-based, multi-paradigm, dynamic language. JavaScript is most commonly used as a client-side scripting language.
This means that JavaScript code is written into an HTML page. It works nicely with web technologies — such as HTML and CSS — and can even interact with plugins such as Flash. JavaScript allows us to build highly responsive user interfaces, prevent frustrating page reloads, and even fix support issues for CSS.
You can even use JavaScript to make online systems available offline and sync automatically once the computer goes online.
PYTHON
v. Python – Python is a widely used general-purpose, high-level programming language. It was mainly developed for emphasis on code readability, and its syntax allows programmers to express concepts in fewer lines of code.
Python is a programming language that lets you work quickly and integrate systems more efficiently. Python is great or backend web development, data analysis, artificial intelligence, and scientific computing. Many developers have also used Python to build productivity tools, games, and desktop applications.
So a little planning instead of blindly learning a language will save you a
ton of time and effort in the future.
To put it simply, you wouldn’t be spending months brushing up on Mandarin before a trip to Germany.
Sure, there may be a few people speaking Mandarin in parts of Germany,
but you would be better off studying German.
If you know the destination
ahead of time, you’ll be working on the right stuff from the start.
So Choose Wisely and have Fun Coding.
Hope these will help you to choose programming language wisely.
