WhatsApp Payments- Now available for all WhatsApp users.

Today 6th November 2020 WhatsApp has launched WhatsApp Pay.
Since 2018, there was news spread about WhatsApp Payments App.
After 2 years of hard work, and successful testing. Facebook finally launched WhatsApp Pay in India.

But the WhatsApp Payment service is only available to 20 million users as of now and will be scaled up bit by bit. That’s because the NPCI has put a 30 percent cap on the total UPI payments made via every third-party payment apps, from 1 January 2021.
WhatsApp says: We’re delighted to be working with five leading banks in India: ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, the State Bank of India, and Jio Payments Bank. People can send money on WhatsApp to anyone using a UPI supported app.
WhatsApp said in a blog, that it wants to make money sending as easy as sending messages.
People can safely send money to family members, friends from distance.

WhatsApp payment feature can be easily seen on the latest version of Android and IOS.
