Hitesha post on her Instagram page and shares the entire incident. She said, “She ordered food from Zomato on 9th March at 3.30 pm and till 4.30 pm the food didn’t arrive so she was in contact with the Zomato customer support and asked them to either waive off the charges or take back the food.” At that instance, the delivery guy came and Hitesha asked her to wait for a while as she was talking with the customer support. To which the Zomato guy replied ” Am I your slave or what. You are asking me to wait.”

Hitesha tried to shut the door but the Delivery boy forcefully enters inside her house takes away the order from the table and punches on her face and left her bleeding and fled away. However the delivery guy says ” Hitesha tried to hit him with the slipper to which he responded as self defence.”

As a result because of the punch she suffers from nasal fracture and she can’t talk. Doctors gave her high antibiotics and painkillers. Hence she can talk a bit. Her nose was bleeding. Anyhow she managed to visit the police station and lodge a FIR. Police showed full support.
